The construction of the building under Task Order 03 (TO-03) was awarded to AWCCGroup.com on June 12, 2009. The foundation work was completed by the client, and AWCC was responsible for the rest of the construction. The expected completion date was September 20, 2009. However, the project faced significant delays due to ECC.net's failure to provide timely material submittals, which were part of their responsibilities. This resulted in a delay of 248 days, largely caused by ECC.net's inaction.
Our Legal Claim:
In relation to Task Order 03, our total claim amounts to $408,429.70, with the details outlined in the table below. However, AWCCGroup.com has compiled all necessary documentation to substantiate that ECC.net owes over 1.8 million USD for completed work.
