This website has been created to shed light on the ongoing dispute between AWCCGroup.com and ECC.net, a contractor that has failed to pay us over 1.8 Million USD for services rendered during projects in Afghanistan from 2008 to 2011. Despite repeated efforts, ECC.net has not honored its contractual obligations, and we seek justice through this platform.
Background of the Dispute:
AWCCGroup.com, a construction company based in Afghanistan, implemented several projects on behalf of ECC.net. These projects were part of USACE contracts in Afghanistan. During the project implementation, ECC.net deducted a percentage of our payments as retention funds. However, after completing the projects and fulfilling all contractual requirements, ECC.net failed to return these retention payments, which amounted to over 1.8 Million USD.
Efforts to Resolve the Issue:
Despite providing all the necessary documents to support our claim, ECC.net continued to create obstacles, avoiding payment and offering no clear justification for their actions. We held multiple meetings in Afghanistan, but no resolution was reached. Finally, ECC.net agreed to an arbitration process in Dubai, UAE, but did not show up at the arbitration center to resolve the issue. Current Situation:
ECC.net, now based in the USA, continues to ignore our requests and refuses to pay the funds owed to AWCCGroup.com. They have failed to honor the agreed-upon arbitration and continue to delay any meaningful resolution to the dispute. Despite reaching out to them numerous times via email, their responses have been dismissive, and they have refused to engage in any further dialogue or arbitration.

AWCCGroup.com has all the necessary documentation to prove our claim for over 1.8 Million USD. This website is dedicated to bringing attention to our case and pushing for the arbitration center in Dubai to evaluate the dispute and issue a judgment.
