TO-03 which was construction of a building which foundation was work by client and it was awarded to AWCC on June 12, 2009 expected completion date was September 20, 2009. And this task was delayed by ECCI because they did not provide material submittal on time to AWCC, which was in the scope of ECC (Client), Because of which this Project was delay by ECC by 248 Days,
